I've just bought LanguageTool Premium but I can't see any Premium festures. What can I do?

If you’ve bought a LanguageTool Premium subscription but the premium features aren't showing up, here are a few steps to help you troubleshoot:

  1. Check if you’ve created a LanguageTool account
    Make sure you’ve registered an account at languagetool.org.

  2. Check if you used the same email address for your account and your purchase
    Premium access is tied to the email address of your account. Make sure to double-check that you’re logged in with the correct email.

  3. Check if you’re not browsing in Private/Incognito Mode
    Some browser features like incognito mode can prevent proper login or syncing of Premium access. Try switching to a regular browser window.

If everything above looks correct but you still can’t access Premium features, please contact our support team. To speed up the process, include a copy of your payment confirmation or an invoice in your message.
