The add-on uses your account from languagetool.org, which is independent of your Gmail or Office 365 account. To see the account your add-on uses, visit the add-on configuration using the gear icon and check the "Account" section:
If you want to change your email on languagetool.org anyway, please contact our support, providing the old and the new email address.
