My payment failed and my subscription is now cancelled. What now?

If your payment doesn’t go through right away, don’t worry - our system will automatically try again several times over the course of a week. These retries are fully automated, and we’re unable to manually change or assist with the process.

If the system is still unable to process the payment after a week, the subscription will expire, and access to Premium LanguageTool will be removed. To continue using the product, we kindly ask you to re-subscribe.
