How can I delete my LanguageTool account?

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to delete your LanguageTool account, the process depends on whether or not you have an active Premium subscription.

If you’re on the Free or Basic plan, you can delete your account directly in your settings:

Go to your Account Settings
Click on “My Account”
Scroll down and select “Delete my account”

💡Please note: You’ll only see this option if there is no active payment linked to your account.

For security reasons, accounts with active Premium subscriptions must be deleted manually.
