Check if you’ve created a LanguageTool account
Make sure you’ve registered an account at languagetool.org. -
Check if you used the same email address for your account and your purchase
Premium access is tied to the email address of your account. Make sure to double-check that you’re logged in with the correct email. -
Check if you’re not browsing in Private/Incognito Mode
Some browser features like incognito mode can prevent proper login or syncing of Premium access. Try switching to a regular browser window.
